Anyone heard of this guy? My dad found a book at a used bookstore called "The High Points of Calvinism" by Bastian Kruithof (published by Baker in 1949). The dust jacket says he was Pastor of 1st Reformed Church in Holland, MI. Just from skimming over it he quotes Lorraine Boettner a couple of places and it seems to be an Orthodox defense of the 5 points, he even critiques Barth at one point.
So anyone here know of him?
