Anyone recommend a virtual webcam with green screen?

This would allow me to drag my Windows 8 laptop into the 21st century
If you have a smartphone you can use an app called DroidCam.

With this app you can use your phone camera as the webcam. There's a link to the website to download the program, and two video tutorials to check out if this sounds like something you'd be interested in using.

I'm not sure about the greenscreen. But I know that Zoom has built in backgrounds which act as a green screen for users. But this might only be for later models of Windows.
