Anyone for Tennis!?

One of the tennis courts out my way has featured on a recent Jaguar advert with Tim Henman and Andy Murray. I posted it on my blog Here. They call it the most remote tennis court in the UK!

Some play best when they're happy. Some play best when they're mad. For me, I've got to be sad!

I was playing at 4.5 on the NTRP scale, and KABOOM went my right shoulder. Man, do I miss playing tennis pain free.

Like I've always said, exercise is bad for you.

Have you ever noticed that doctors, who make their money off of people being sick or injured, are the ones that are always trying to get people to exercise?

I use to play quite a bit but haven't picked up a racket in over 10 years.

I also used to play at a 4.5 level. Maybe I was a 4.5 or even a 5.0 on my best day and a 3.5 on my worst! Those ratings are somewhat subjective, at least with preliminary assignment. They generally don't test for footwork, competitiveness, mental toughness, fitness, proper shot selection, match readiness, etc.
