Anyone ever read any of these books on biblical theology?

Gustav Oehler-Theology of the Old Testament
John Bright-Kingdom of God
Walter Kaiser-Theology of the Old Testament
J. Barton Payne-Theology of the Older Testament
Meredith Kline-Treaty of the Great King

I was curious if any of these were worth the time to read. I have already read Vos' Biblical Theology

Kline is not the most lucid writer, I rank his prose even more dense than Vos. And he is going to be very idiosyncratic.

Payne was an old RPCES, and dispensationalist Presbyterian (Covenant Seminary, from before the PCA merger).

Kaiser will not give you a "rich" BT, in my opinion. He is (or was) a firm believer in strict BT interpretation according to antecedent revelation only (see his Toward and Exegetical Theology). He is also Dispensational.

I don't know about the other two guys.

Kaiser is not Dispensational. You can read his critique of various theological systems in his chapter in Dispensationalism, Israel, and the Church. You are right in identifying his antecedent revelation position. I like reading him, since he is always at least thoughtful and interesting.

I've heard Payne described as historic premil, not dispensational. But I don't know that much about him other than that he wrote a massive tome on prophecy.
