A Hebrew Gospel of Matthew?

so, the issue he mainly concerns is whether Matthew is translated from the Hebrew which he rejects

Even if true, that's different that Matthew being predominantly to the Jews.
It seems the Jewish system time keeping of hours, the mention of Joseph's betrothal and annulment considerations, Kingdom of heaven (avoiding the word God) seem very Jewish
so the notion that Matthew being written mainly to Jews, Mark to Romans, Luke to gentiles, John to the world is still helpful at least to me.
