The Church could indeed decide not to set aside any feast days other then the Sabbath. The Church is required to preach the whole council of God; whether she uses feast days, or catechism preaching or some other tool to accomplish this is not important.
I believe the Church can set apart special days of prayer and fasting, and of celebration other then the Sabbath; that does not make those days Sabbath days.

The church can, as long as it abides by the RPW.
