I'm looking an album consisting entirely of 12-string guitar. No vocals - just amazing guitar music.

I'm sure something does. Leadbelly's recordings were almost all 12 string, though there maybe a 6 string in the mix occasionally. His Library of Congress Recordings caught him at his peak. This is one of my favorite sides in the series.
Leo Kottke's Takoma release, 6 & 12 string guitar is great stuff. Consisting of demo recordings he sent to John Fahey when he was first starting out.
