I want to learn Hebrew. I have a Hebrew-Greek-English Bible. Greek was quite a bit easier though. Does anyone have any resources that they would recommend to aid in the process of learning biblical Hebrew? I have a Strong's Concordance and my Hebrew-Greek-English Bible, but that's about it. Any suggestions?

I don't know if I would recommend learning Hebrew by yourself. Other people here may say it is possible. I would recommend checking out RTS website and see if they have any Hebrew lectures or Covenant Seminary online. You could probably get Hebrew Tutor CD-Rom and work on vocabulary. For me personally, I would check into some universities or colleges nearby and see if they offer Biblical Hebrew. Maybe check into a nearby synagogue and see if they would admit you into a Beginner's class.

Do not go to a nearby synagogue, there no guarantee you will learn the biblical hebrew pronunciation. Last week, I just started on Mark Futato's textbook. Its interesting and there are some clips online to hear some classical hebrew too if you have questions on the sounds of words.

Unless a seminary or university willing to provide you with some type of solid tutoring instruction, you might as well save your money and try to work through at your own pace and create objectives and quizes/tests for yourself ahead of time. A solid review time of vocab is also needed.

Get a good basic grammar like Kelly, and a CD for backup and some pronunciation.
If this work is in preparation for going to seminary in a year or two, then focus on memorization of the basic vocabulary and leave the particulars of grammar till later, unless you just really have time on your hands.
If you can locate someone who already knows Hebrew to some degree, then see if they'll help you with some of the early steps. After that you should be able to move along at your own pace.
Once you have some of the basics under your belt, make it a firm commitment to read your Hebrew Bible every day. That's really the only way to learn to read Hebrew--to dip into it every day. If you don't, it is amazing how quickly all that you learn, whether in class or outside, will slip away and be forgotten.

You may purchase (i. e.) audit the Semlink courses in Hebrew at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, which are excellent Hebrew courses. You will use a textbook, workbook, and video-lectures.

Reformation International Theological Seminary has a very nice correspondence class in Biblical Hebrew.

You buy a CD, and you can take the class via correspondence.

Moody Correspondence School used to have a very nice correspondence Hebrew class, too. Moody has a Jewish Evangelism department, so they focus on Hebrew pretty closely.

Everyone that has recommended resources, thank you. I will try to check into some of this.
