Puritan Board Post-Graduate
This thread was created for the sole purpose of allowing Dr. @Alan D. Strange, who is currently at 1,999 posts, to reply and be promoted to "Puritan Board Senior."

That is all.

Here are the post levels for rankings for those who look and cannot find (we don't list them since the transition to Xenforo as far as I know). We clearly needs some new rankings for some of you industrious long timers.

And then, your career hits a glass ceiling.

Whew! 6000 posts for doctor. :( Is there an honorary doctorate? Not for me of course. :) I was thinking for people like Doctors Strange and Duguid. They post stuff, for free, that they get paid for in their day job. Many of the pastors would fall in the same category.

Well, I've seen accountants and others posting stuff for free that they get paid for in their day jobs, as well.

I've been a decade on the Board and, like Dr. Strange, I am only a Junior. And that's okay. Ultimately, the most important conversations take place in our lives and spheres of personal influence. It is those face-to-face conversations that must be given priority. What our rank was here on the Puritan Board will mean nothing in eternity. And that is why, I suspect, Pastor Strange has not yet responded.
