For those of us who like our humor on the quirky side, Gary Larson has decided to resurrect "The Far Side," the legendary comic that had us all guffawing back in the day.

It will be online only (no longer in newspapers), presumably at his website. No start date has been announced yet.

I just hope it's as good as it was before!

That’s great. Wonder why he decided to come back.

PS: It would be interesting to know why Larson, who turned 69 in August, has decided to re-start The Far Side. Whatever they are, he's to be encouraged.

I use to read his collections over and over as a kid! Great news.
