    8MM

I'll be shuddering for weeks. Viewers beware!

It's a very unusual film indeed. I love the ending though, with Janet's letter to Tom about Mary-Anne.

Yeah. I thought I watched it a few years ago, but I was watching it on TV tonight and didn't remember anything past the first hour or so. It's incredibly disturbing!

What's BMM? Some of us are out of the loop.

I'm definitely not in the loop either, but Google 8MM movie review and you can find out more than you would ever want to know.

(p.s. - I noticed that you had typed BMM - it should be 8MM)

8MM (pronounced Eight millimetre). It's a disturbing movie from around 1998. While the ads make it look really good, it isn't as intruiging as it seems, but horrifying instead. It's about a porn film maker who murders a teenaged girl in order to make one of his movies more realistic. *shudder*

I can't see very well, hence the B instead of an 8. Sounds disgusting!

About us
The PuritanBoard exists to promote robust discussion of theology in a Confessionally Reformed context. The modern trend of short statements of faith belies the many places where the Scriptures teach with great clarity. Though our respective Reformed confessions sometimes disagree, we believe that Churches have been given the gifts of teachers and elders to lead to the unity of the faith and the result of that unity is a Confessional Church confessing together: "This is what the Scriptures teach." The Confessions are secondary to the authority of Scripture itself but they arise out of Scripture as a standard exposition of the Word of God.
