Iron Sharpens Iron
They didn't have an "About" page, but they did have commendations

"I greatly enjoyed my interview time. The host prepared carefully, and that added to its value."--- Dr. Jay Adams, author & biblical counselor"

"Chris Arnzen combines the depth of a well studied theologian and the lucid insights of an experienced journalist on his new radio program, IRON SHARPENS IRON. This is a very refreshing and much needed departure from the standard 22 minutes of preprogrammed info-sermons that usually is heard on most Christian radio stations. We can only hope that this is a taste of the future of Christian radio."--- Steve Camp, apologist and award winning Christian recording artist

Chris Arnzen provides a packed hour of serious radio on Iron Sharpens Iron with meaty biblical and theological discussion and this is a rarity in today's world. Listen in. Stretch your mind. Learn the truth."---Dr. J. Ligon Duncan III, Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, President

"Chris Arnzen's IRON SHARPENS IRON is real Christianity. That is another way of saying he bravely tackles the hard questions of life from a Christian perspective with integrity and honesty. We need more Chris Arnzens in the media."--- Dr. Frank A. James III, President & Professor of Historical Theology, Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando, FL

"IRON SHARPENS IRON is one of the most bold and informative programs on Christian radio. The discussions are refreshingly candid and reliably profitable, and Chris Arnzen is a superb interviewer with sound biblical instincts and a knack for asking the right questions. It¡s always an hour well spent."--- Phil Johnson, Executive Director of Grace To You, the Christian tape & radio ministry of Dr. John MacArthur

"IRON SHARPENS IRON is an invigorating and refreshing change of pace from what fills the airways of Christian broadcasting. This is a show where truth matters and God is still Sovereign. These attributes are to be greatly appreciated, the host is to be applauded and the show highly recommended!"---Ken Jones, Cohost of The White Horse Inn, Pastor of Greater Union Baptist Church, Compton, CA

"Chris Arnzen is not afraid to deal with difficult issues or ask the hard questions. I appreciate the straightforward way IRON SHARPENS IRON tackles vital topics. It's refreshing to hear a radio broadcast regularly deal with truly important, rather than trivial, matters."--- Dr. John MacArthur, author, pastor, radio Bible teacher

"If the rest of Christian radio would try to do what Chris Arnzen is doing with IRON SHARPENS IRON the body of Christ would be blessed and edified. As it stands, IRON SHARPENS IRON is unique."--- Dr. James R. White, Alpha & Omega Ministries

Ordinary Means 5 *
This podcast has been broadcasting since February of 2006 and it covers the "Ordinary Means of Grace", as spelled out in the Westminster Shorter Catechism Q88. 2 PCA pastors and 1 PCA RE from Pennsylvania make up the podcast team and they do a fine job of it. They are fairly confessional overall, though those of stricter convictions may get annoyed from time to time with the segments on worship.

The advice given in several of the episodes has helped me develop practices much more in line with my Sabbatarian convictions. The hardest thing for me has been to actually implement them over the years, and the no-nonsense, straightforward advice given by these teachers has enabled my practice to catch up with my convictions, and I'm never looking back.

This is a monthly podcast.

Rushdoony Podcast: Our Threatened Freedom

  http://feeds.feedburner.com/RushdoonyPodcast

This podcast is worthy of your attention for a number of reasons:

1. Each podcast is short, no longer than 4 minutes.
2. Rushdoony more than anything else was a brilliant social theorist.
3. Done in the early 90s, this predicted the rise in statist tyranny today.
4. Rush read widely on all subjects--a book a day for 50 years. He is able to bring pointed philosophical and theological refinement on about any subject.
5. And most importantly, these are not kooky conspiracy theories. Rush is balanced and judicious in each message.

Please avoid this podcast if...
1. You love tyranny and the power-state.
2. You are a a party-line GOPer.
3. You want to maintain status-quo conservatism.

Steve Brown Etc.
If you've ever heard the Key Life broadcast on your radio, then you've heard Steve Brown. Steve is a professor at Reformed Theological Seminary in Florida. He has another show he does in addition to Key Life, called "Steve Brown Etc.". Here is an exerp from the site:
"Love him or hate him, Steve Brown always draws a crowd. Over the past 22 years, as founder and president of Key Life Network, Steve’s unique blend of orthodoxy and controversy, humor and profundity, and a refusal to play religious games, has attracted some interesting folks. Steve Brown Etc. is a place where you can hang out with Steve "and the rest" and experience radical freedom, infectious joy and maybe even a bit of surprising faithfulness."
Both Key Life and Steve Brown Etc. can be podcast through iTunes.

The Reformed Forum 5 *
This is an outstanding podcast that includes a group discussion of both upcoming books and recent books along with their authors. Prior to 11/15/2008, the podcast was combined that covered both upcoming books and recent books but now they are two different podcasts. Both are highly enjoyable.

If you subscribe to this feed, you'll get both podcasts. Camden Bucey and his crew are well read, very reformed, and always entertaining.
