So the book finally came out? About time. I remember Amazon saying it was "soon to be published" around 2003. Oh well, better late than neer.

How many profs can claim to have held professorships at Dallas Theological Seminary AND Westminster? I know he is supposedly amil, but it would be fascinating to know the back-story behind his teaching at the school where he obtained his first doctorate.
