Are you missing a comma here, mate?

I figured you had read my review, and I don't have anything further to add.

Richard, my pastor had Dr. Waltke as his professor in seminary. I haven't read this particular book, but have heard very good things about his piety and wisdom.

Cheers,

Why does Dr. Waltke have 2 PhDs? Is one not enough for anybody?

So the book finally came out? About time. I remember Amazon saying it was "soon to be published" around 2003. Oh well, better late than neer.

His first doctorate was from Dallas where he served as an OT prof for some time. The second one was from Harvard. How many profs can claim to have held professorships at Dallas Theological Seminary AND Westminster? I know he is supposedly amil, but it would be fascinating to know the back-story behind his teaching at the school where he obtained his first doctorate.

speaking of possible misunderstandings in Richard's posts, some might have construed "save Rev. Lane" as a command for his rescue...

There are probably some of his opponents who think he needs salvation!
