Have you heard Carl Trueman's lectures on John Owen? They're available on mp3 format on sermonaudio, and really whet your appetite.

My wife gave me the Banner of Truth Owen set that was published in the 60's and when I started digging in I realized it would be a lifelong endeavor. God granted men like Owen a mind capacity that would rival any hard drive on the market!

You know..... in one respect, I'm glad that all the crappy books are out there and the good stuff is either free or low priced (with the exception of Ligonier Ministries....

).
