| | | Herman Ridderbos, "Paul: An Outline of His Theology"
Just started reading this 562-page tome (it could easily be longer if the font was bigger than 6-point). Really wish I would have read this two years ago when I was struggling with Liberal theology. Ridderbos is quite clear and deliberate in his words. Having already read most of the Germans he cites in seminary it is good to hear their thoughts so easily dismissed. I have only began it (just finished chapter one) but look forward to the rest of the work.
Highly Recommend working through this book.

This is on my list, as well as his, The Coming of the Kingdom. The book you're reading should be read in conjunction with Vos's Pauline Eschatology, which I think you have already.

Thanks for mentioning this, Benjamin. When I was headed to seminary, a PCUSA pastor passed along his copy of this work to me. It was, of course, translated by the current ARP moderator John R. DeWitt. The pastor was a big fan of DeWitt while at RTS.
