Why would they be "all gone"? It's being published through a regular, legitimate publisher. Or am I being obtuse (again)?

Well it is a marketing phrase meant to excite you into purchasing the work as if there are limited supplies. It is being published by P&R.

Every time I buy a set piecemeal, I pay through the nose. I think I'll wait till vols 2 and 3 are out. I have plenty to read till then.
