okay, If someone can explain the internet filter for me...far as I know, I don't have one. But I can only get to the site via the IP numbers http://66.235.184.132/~puritan/forum/ my comp isn't recognizing www.puritanboard.com it claims that it can't find it. I've cleared all my cookies, all my history, etc. Have tried both IE and Foxfire. I know Fred and Scott are probably working out other kinks (on top of their other jobs). So if anyone can help in this area....I sure would like to be back on board again.

Have you tried visiting any other sites, besides PuritanBoard? For instance, if you type in www.yahoo.com and hit enter, do you get the same message saying "Site Not Found" or whatever? If so, you are probably having problems with your DNS (Domain Name Server) server. If it's only happening when you type in puritanboard.com, then I'm not sure what the problem is.

Here's a crazy thought:
Can you go to puritanboard.com and when you get the not found, hit reload on your browser?

Ohhhh....I want to post so bad......!!!!!
VERITAS....If you ever pop in here...I have to say, on the island thing....if it were you and a Mennonite one of you two would kill the other...and seeing as they are none-resistant...it'd be a good thing for you that there would be no courts! |
