David,
This has been a problem for a few folks. Try clearing your Internet Cache and in the login page select the Secure Login feature. I'm deleting your e-mail so bots don't harvest it and SPAM you.

I did it twice. 'even deleted offline files... got this:

Your password was reset so you won't be able to re-boot until you get the new password. If my e-mail doesn't get to you then ask another Admin to reset the PW.

I sent you the login information again to both e-mail accounts you provided. If that fails then try this (this worked for a brother): Quote:
