Are you using some sort of antivirus or internet filter? If so, which one? I need to know this before we can do anything else.

I use Norton and I had downloaded Spybot last week. Also there is a microsoft one that just started on me .... icon is of a sheild.

Oh...it's the security center on my control panel

Firewall and Virus Protection are on on that one
