| Vermigli on Romans
A few questions for you librarian-types out there:
1.) Has there been an English edition of Peter Vermigli's commentary on Romans?
2.) Are there any either Latin or English editions still in print, or any editions still readily accessible from libraries?
3.) Has anyone here studied his commentary on Romans, and, if so, does anything in it set it apart from other major Reformation era commentaries on Romans? In other words, is it worth the time and energy to track down and (potentially) translate to read?
4.) While I'm at it, one last question: I'm just starting to go through some of his Loci Communes for fun (I couldn't resist while I was looking for his commentary...), so: has anyone on the board studied it before? Thoughts? Sections or ideas to pay especially close attention to? I've read very little secondary literature on his work, so I know very little about what to expect.
