Has anyone ever use commentaries from CHARLES SIMEON ?

Any thoughts or reviews ? Is it worthy to have ?

I saw that Solid ground books, are planning to reprint them:

Spurgeon said of these volumes, "..Not Commentaries, but we could not exclude them. They have been called "a valley of dry bones": be a prophet and they will live. "

The Lord has been pleased many a time to bless some portion of this work to me - a nugget here and there- enough to suggest many themes for study etc. I would not be without my set!
