I like Philip Ryken's from the "Preaching the Word" series (his preached sermons, expanded, footnoted, edited)
Exodus - Philip Graham Ryken, R. Kent Hughes (Series Editor)

EP's 2vol. Exodus by John Currid is also good

Well, if you own the ESV Study Bible you could use it or the online version of it, no?

There is also, Mssr. Henry's commentary available on multiple sites.

If you have e-Sword on your system (I'm up to 1,438 resources on my drive already!), you would have access to a number of good FREE commentaries on Exodus including Pink, K&D, Matthew Henry, Poole, Gill, Guzik, Clarke, JFB, Barnes, Calvin, etc. If you want a print volume, Childs (liberal), Ryken, Stuart, Motyer, Mackay, and Currid would top my list. Of course, if you want to get controversial, you could always pick up Peter Enns' work in the NIV Life Application series.

While you can see glimmerings of Enns's view of Scripture in his commentary, they are rather tiny; the commentary itself (written in 1999) is extremely helpful. I'd put it up there with Currid and Ryken for helpfulness.
