It is God that multiplies our sorrows....
God, as a righteous Judge, does it, which ought to silence us under all our sorrows; as many as they are, we have deserved them all, and more: nay, God, as a tender Father, does it for our necessary correction, that we may be humbled for sin, and weaned from the world by all our sorrows; and the good we get by them, with the comfort we have under them, will abundantly balance our sorrows, how greatly soever they are multiplied. - Matthew Henry

That would be one big fish fry! It looks like some kind of flathead. I wonder if they have those in Spain. . . ?

That would make for a mess of a Fish Fry! I miss the community fish fries we used to have in New Hope, Arkansas.

Ours is tonight. The local Papists put it on during their festival.

Good for her - I bet that was exciting. That family will talk about that for years.

She did it all her self? Sounds like another fish story to me.

It does not say that she did it all herself. It says she had help from her father.
