What was Calipari Thinking?

Two time outs left. Call time out. Tell the kids to foul. Game over. National champs. The worst brain cramp I have ever seen by a top coach. He owes his kids an apology.

Bruce,

I agree with you 100%. I really like Calipari, but that was one of the worst choke jobs in sports history. How do you lose a 9 point lead when you're 2 minutes from the national title?

Yup, it wasn't even the 9 point lead. 3 point lead with 11 seconds left is sufficient if you foul when they bring it over the half court line, barring a miracle.

Re: Memphis vs. Kansas

I am not a basketball fan but that was a spectacular ending.
