| | | My Vacation...
In April we are going back to the St. Louis area for vacation. We'll see family and do a number of things we love to do in the area. It's still the area that is near and dear to our hearts. It's still really our home.
As some of you may remember, I am an ardent St. Louis Cardinals' fan, longer than many of you have been alive here on the PB. I have not yet see the new ballpark. Tonight I ordered tickets for the game on Thursday, April 23rd, starting at Noon, St. Louis time.
The tickets are behind home plate. I am stoked!!
Oh, yeah, uh, Bill....they're playing the Mets!!

Ivan, have a great time. For your sake, I hope Johan Santana isn't pitching for the Mets!

Whoever is pitching for the Mets, they still have to face the guy that plays first base for the Cards!!

Be still, my soul: thy Jesus can repay From His own fullness all He takes away." "Long my imprisoned spirit lay,
Fast bound in sin and nature’s night;
Thine eye diffused a quickening ray—
I woke, the dungeon flamed with light;
My chains fell off, my heart was free,
I rose, went forth, and followed Thee." |

| Were you around when Stan Musial played? | Yup! I remember his last hit before he retired. I saw it on TV. 1963, last game of the season. Crosby Field, Cincinnati. Single to right field.
I was hoping for a home run.
