Mifune, Judo Master

Have a look fellas.

There's some light randori at the 2 min. mark. Mifune simply hops over foot sweeps. His balance against the super tall guy is nothing less then amazing.

Mifune does a drop gi choke at around the 4 min. mark, very slick.

At 4:25 there is a leg/foot choke that I've never seen done from that angel before.

Great static guard to weird looking armbar at 4:40.

Drop into armbar at 4:50.

Check out the throw, scramble to a gi choke in the above clip at the 5 min. mark.

7:15, reverse armbar.

Tomoe nage [Cpt. Kirk throw] to an armbar @ 8:10.

I used to do judo and it's difficult to believe he could do that at that age.
I'm sure he's good but age takes its toll on you and size and weight do determine a great deal in fighting.
I know he was a 10th degree blackbelt (the highest you can get) but the guys with him were probably going a little easier on him.

I'm sure they were taking it easy, doing some light randori working on footwork/placement etc. for the video, but his movements were still beautiful to watch.

I must admit he is quite impressive in his style.
It was difficult for me to master even one move but he seems to have them all down perfectly.
