I was John's RA for part of his college education. Amazing how God works things according to His plan. John was not on my favorite persons list for a good portion of the first year I knew him. I was in my mid-20's (I went to college after my stint in the Air Force) and John was barely 18. We had some rough spots but today John is one of the closest people in my life. He's been my fishing buddy, Greek mentor and was the first person in my life to challenge me regarding Calvinism. So what if he lives in Philly? It just proves the process of sanctification is not completed....yet!
