Hi:
No - 39 - which makes him younger than Chris Chelios (46) and almost the same age as Niklaus Lidstrom (38). Both Chelios and Lidstrom are on the Detroit Red Wings and won the Stanley Cup this past year.
I agree with you that since Roy left the Avalanche have had problems in net.

And you mustn't forget to add that since Roy left the Colorado fan base has dropped significantly. They had what, 15 fans when Roy was there and now they're down to about 8. So Rob, you're among elite company being one of only 8 active Colorado fans. Add about 85 to that and you get the total number of active NHL fans.
Just messing with you.
Growing up I actually used to love watching the Rangers on television playing the Islanders or the Devils in the Garden.

Well I cannot talk much, I am a Blackhawk fan and we have stunk lately. However, we do have some good young talent and we signed some good players in FA, so maybe we can actually be decent this year.

It is a good day to be a Blackhawk fan. The Hawks are the Western Conference team I pull for, mostly because they have the best logo in Pro sports.

Good for Joe! The one year contract will bridge the gap before collecting Social Security next year! Oh wait...he's a Canadian citizen. Never mind. Is Geritol a legal substance in the NHL?
