Congress Baseball Inquisitions

1. Why are our representatives bothering with investigating MLB?

2. Is the testimony of this McNamee fella alone enough to incriminate folks like Roger Clemens who flat out denies any use of any hormones or steiroids? His address is forthright and adamant, as if he has nothing to hide.

3. Are my tax dollars paying for this?

Don't answer any questions that will drive us too much into politics, as that forum is closed now for a reason.

In view of the restrictions set out, I'll just answer #3: Yes.

How can a question about Congress be answered without discussing politics?

This may explain the old adage about Baptists being Methodists with shoes, and Presbyterians being Baptists who can read. To round out the adage, Lutherans might qualify as Presbyterians who drink to excess, and Episcopalians as Lutherans who know when to say when. - D.G. Hart

Congress has something to do with politics?

I thought they left that behind when they went into drug testing and meddling in sports!
