Doesn't matter how many dingers A-Rod hits, he can't make the Yankees winners.

Delightful sounds this morning coming from Boston. Four consecutive homers, followed by the sound of a broom at Fenway: SWEEP!

I am usually pretty excited about baseball and St. Louis is a great baseball town. But this year has been pretty tough so far with the Cardinals off to their worst start in years. Hopefully things will turn around soon.

I'm moved from the Metro-East area back in '91, so I had beena life-long Cardinal fan. Although the bats are been inconsistent the real problem is pitching, which I believe will be a fatal miscalculation for this year.
However, the Brewers are beasts! Best record in baseball right now, I believe. A fun, young team. If the Cardinals can't do it I hope the Brewers do.

As of today (5/17), the Dodgers are 25-16, playing .610 ball. First place in the NL West.
Ha! So, there!

Mets beat Yankees AGAIN! Wright hits two dingers as the Bronx Bombers continue to implode. Life doesn't get any better than this for a Met fan.
Let's Go Mets!
