Movie called "Saving God"

Hi

I just wanted to say we rented a new movie called "Saving God" starring Ving Rhames (I dont know if that's spelled right)It's about Pastor who fell into sin and committed a crime ending up in prison for 15yrs and repented of his sin in jail and came out a broken man able to help other broken people in an inner city enviroment,highly recommend it,good family film

I agree,when I first heard the title I thought, this is an offence to God,I'll never watch it,and I talked with the person from our church and realized,It seemed to be saying that some minister's, one specifically in the movie sell God or make merchandise of Him and the Pastor (Ving) was "saving God" for the people,perserving truth in a sense,This movie was produced by a Christian company (cloud ten). and it is PG so there is no cuss words,nudity etc.and we are very careful what we watch,perhaps too much so,so again
