Worship Psa 5:7 But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

Software for Psalter

Our church would like to produce it's own psalter. The intention is to draw from several existing psalters. We are looking for software that will assist in the production of the pages, which should include both words and music (staff).

Something that allows us to import and adjust midi files would be a bonus.

Any software recommendations and/or practical pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks

Finale from finalemusic.com is one of the better products. It is a bit expensive, but you can import the midi files like you are wanting to do and create a template for a psalter style. It's not so easy when it comes to inputing the lyrics, but with practice you can get used to it.

Blessings,

KC
