When we swtiched from "band-aids and bubblegum" to Wordpress, our existing solution for our audio/sermons ministry didn't fit as well, from an aesthetics as well as technical standpoint. I found an excellent Wordpress plugin called "Sermon Browser". Not only does it merge the Wordpress and the sermons databases (they had been separate), but it allows for expanded searching capabilities (search by any keyword vs. a predetermined list, the ability to search by multiple terms vs just one, as well as an automatically generated RSS feed, easier readability, and simplified interface). Plus, it just looks better. What do you all think? I am almost finished transferring the database, so the sermon count doesn't match yet.

Rich,
I have had this plugin installed for a while, but have not gotten around to integrating it and using it. How would this fit in with SermonAudio? I've noticed you use that, and I am considering that as well.

We use the same player (flash based) in the new solution, but we host the sermons on our own servers. There is no need to use this plugin if you are hosting your files at SermonAudio.com.

I like the expanded search option in the newer version (being able to search by worship service, for example). The page is brighter and more inviting, too.
