Reformed view of 1 Cor. 12-14?

I was wondering what the reformed view of 1 Cor. 12-14 and Paul's use of tongues in 14:2 "For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit. 4The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church. 5Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be built up."

I have read commentaries that state tongues edifies oneself, that it is seperate from the tongues that were spoken in Acts. Paul talks like he is telling the people of Corinth how to properly use the gifts, for the edification of the church.
Romans 12:3-8 and Eph. 4:11 also also apeak of gifts for the church.

What about the Baptism of the Spirit, what is the reformed view of this?

Jeremiah 23:16,17, "Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who prophesy to you, filling you with vain hopes. They speak visions of their own minds, not from the mouth of the Lord. 17They say continually to those who despise the word of the Lord, ‘It shall be well with you’; and to everyone who stubbornly follows his own heart, they say, ‘No disaster shall come upon you."
