A Way to Make the Censor Less of a Blunt Instrument

Could it be programmed so that if an innocent(?) soul like Lady Flynt wanted to post the name of a delightful holiday comestible, all she'd have to do is add a symbol or some BB code that would tell the censor her intentions were innocent? If that were done, the info about the new symbol or code could be posted in a members-only forum.

Just wondering.
