Is there a way to view all posts made in the previous 2, 3, 4, etc. days?

Advanced Search will allow allow you to search with whatever granularity you desire. If you've been gone for 2-3 days and click New Posts then it will display every post since you last logged in. Warning on this that the board gets quite a few posts and there are several pages of posts after 2-3 days.
