| | | Thank You Question Is there a way to change the order of our Thank You posts when we look them up to see what contribution has been thanked? It seems to me that if an older post gets thanked, the search doesn't produce the last "thanked" post, but the newest post that has been thanked.
Wow. This is difficult to describe. For example
Josh makes a post on Feb. 2nd, 2008 that somebody finds helpful when reading said post on Mar. 8th, 2008.
Josh is browsing the board on Mar. 8th and notices that his thank you count has gone up a number. So he goes to his profile, then clicks on the "find all thanked posts" by Joshua, but what's pulled up is a thanked post from Mar. 7th, 2008. However, he already knew about that one. Thus, in order to find the new one he knows about, he has to go through each page of thanked posts to find the one from Feb. 2nd that was thanked on Mar. 8th.
Did that make sense? I'm confused now. |

| | | It sort of makes sense. I don't write the code, though, I just install it. I've noticed that the "Find all thanked posts" dealie doesn't really find all the thanked posts.
It is what it is but thank you for the suggestion young man. | | The Following User Says Thank You to Semper Fidelis For This Useful Post: | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
