| | | "The South will Rise Again!" Forum
Maybe a nice little place for our Southern brethren to discuss the constitutionality(or lack there of) of the War between the States, and voice their displeasure towards Abe Lincoln, and a place for members to discuss all the history of said time era? The Politics forum, IMHO, seems to be crowded with these same topics over, and over, and over again. The Southron forum could be a place to discuss mainly States' rights, and what the constitution says about it, linking to current events of course.
P.S. Not posted in a spirit of jest or mocking whatsoever!

Be still, my soul: thy Jesus can repay From His own fullness all He takes away." "Long my imprisoned spirit lay,
Fast bound in sin and nature’s night;
Thine eye diffused a quickening ray—
I woke, the dungeon flamed with light;
My chains fell off, my heart was free,
I rose, went forth, and followed Thee." | | The Following User Says Thank You to ServantofGod For This Useful Post:

God, as a righteous Judge, does it, which ought to silence us under all our sorrows; as many as they are, we have deserved them all, and more: nay, God, as a tender Father, does it for our necessary correction, that we may be humbled for sin, and weaned from the world by all our sorrows; and the good we get by them, with the comfort we have under them, will abundantly balance our sorrows, how greatly soever they are multiplied. - Matthew Henry | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Joshua For This Useful Post:
