How do I get permission to post in the Pastoral Concerns Forum?

I assume you meant to ask: "How do I reply to a thread in the Pastoral Concerns forum?"

Anybody can start a thread in the Pastoral Concerns forum but only Pastors/Elders can reply to them.

I gave you Elder permissions.
