Dispensationalism Differences between Covenant Theology and Dispensationalism

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God.

How Far Will They Go?

To prove a lie. This is almost too funny for words. Sent to me by one of my rature ready family trying to say that "Clement" taught a pre-trip rapture.

Clement and the rapture

The phrase "clutching at straws" comes to mind and not very good straws at that.

It is a wonderful comfort that Clement wrote so eloquently about God's blessings on those who love Him, but I'm still waiting to see where Clement espoused (or even hinted at) a pre-tribulational rapture.

Me thinks there is some potent libations at the bottom of the barrel they are scraping from.

Man! They are really grasping at straws on this one. The citations quoted have nothing to do with a rapture of any kind that I can see.

That is such bad stretching of Clement's words, it's not even funny.

It's like some of the things these guys do with the Scriptures themselves. It has one jumping up and down, throwing things around the house and yelling at the top of one's lungs, "CONTEXT!!!! CONTEXT CONTEXT!!!!!!"

The straws are dry and flammable and they are holding a match to them.
