I don't know much about it but I posted an article about it when its name was changed.

Kuyper College's Provost is a CRC man, Melvin Flikkema. Chaplain Flikkema was the chaplain in an Army Reserve Unit to which I was once assigned. He was an advocate of women in the ministry.

Ezra 7:10 For Ezra had set his heart to study the law of the Lord and to do it and to teach its statues in Isreal.
A member of our congregation is attending there. I've spoken with him a few times about his education and he did mentioned that they seemed to push women in ministry.
I also previously attended a church where the youth pastor was a graduate. He was into emergent authors and I believe they have had Brian McLaren speak there as well.
I do not think they are a conservative reformed institution in the least. As mentioned its probably pretty typical for CRC/RCA.
