| Question about theonomy
I have a question about theonomy and how the principles of the ot law transfers into our nations laws and our judicial system. First of all did the nation of Israel ever keep all the law? (That includes the remnant) Was the law different for the helpless, the poor, the widows, and the aleins who in which the carring out of the law require means, circumstances, and those who used the law to advantage those less fortunate? How does this principle transfer into our judicial system?

He means that no part of our life is to be unoccupied, and to afford room, as it were, for the wish to enjoy some other object, but that whatever else may suggest itself to us as an object worthy of love is to be borne into the same channel in which the whole current of our affections flows.
