I have not read Huntington. I know Huntington was sometimes accused of being an antinomian. I don't think there is a consensus on wheather or not he was.
The only book by Kohlbrugge available in English is his
Sermons on the First Epistle of Peter. I see there is an edition of his sermons on the Heidelberg available in Deutsch. It is probably in the Deutscher Fraktur Script so it would be a rough go to read.
Was Kohlbrugge a Netherlander or a Deutscher?
