| | | Job Emergencies on the Sabbath
Would you go to work if there was a non-life threatening job emergency on the sabbath?
Say your workplace is burgled or there is a fire and you are needed to go in to oversee things and return order.
Is this considered an act of necessity?

Is there no one else? If not, I would have no problem as this could be seen as merciful to the need.

| Assuming the care of this matter is according to your place and station, or other circumstance, this sounds very much like a matter of necessity/mercy.
