I'm pretty sure Norm Geisler says that Kim Il Sung is supralapsarian. His new book includes that expose along with evidentialist reasons for disbelieving in Calvinist soteriology and the Reformed ordo salutis because people will no longer accept Aquinas as their personal logician and savior.
