Why do people who do music professionally, no matter the instrument, always move their head so crazily.

As one who plays the piano and organ and once picked up an accordion (and quickly put it down!) -- I'm impressed with the kid. He played the accordion as though it were an organ. An accordion is not at all an easy instrument to play. You can't see what your left hand is doing at all, and that hand is responsible also for the prolongation of notes. I didn't see sheet music in front of him - another feat.
Kudos to this young guy!

You can't do too much crazy head movements with wind instrument though

Guitar kid is a bit rough on his playing.
But for a kid that age, it's awesome!
