Music Discuss all things musical
Then David and all the house of Israel played music before the LORD on all kinds of instruments of fir wood, on harps, on stringed instruments, on tambourines, on sistrums, and on cymbals. (2 Sam 6:5)

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God.

I have listened to Yes and their various members since the 70's. It's a shame that they took the New Age path, but the performance is still top notch. Wakeman should have had more influence and more convictions. Howe has also done some beautiful classical pieces too.

Yes is one of my faves... love the guitar playing here and interesting how much he uses his thumb and index finger (almost exclusively). Certainly his own style....

Howe is a GREAT guitarist. I have every single Yes album (on CD of course) that they ever recorded. Of course, Howe (or Wakeman) doesn't need the rest of the crew to sound great.
