| | | Smokey Robinson
I saw Smokey Robinson on "The Jay Leno Show" tonight (Thursday). At 69, he is as smooth and as classy as ever. He is Motown!
It's a loooooooong way down from Smokey Robinson to whoever the hip-hop or rap flavor of the month is...

Disappointed when he headlined the "celebration" after a famous singer passed away recently, creating a pseudo-religious atmosphere and pretense of worship of that person and that person's reprobate life. The event broadcast false pretenses that the person was a Christian, was going to be with God, and lived a life as one befitting the gospel of grace. (Rather than the adulterous, child molesting, idolatrous, vow breaking, false religion, drug addict, alcoholic lifestyle modeled to the world).
Very disappointed in the ninth commandment violation, and the money and acclaim Mr. Robinson made from that.

Very disappointed in the ninth commandment violation, and the money and acclaim Mr. Robinson made from that. | Unfortunately, that's what is expected of the world. |

Very disappointed in the ninth commandment violation, and the money and acclaim Mr. Robinson made from that. | Any particular reason you didn't want to say Michael Jackson?
