Music Discuss all things musical
Then David and all the house of Israel played music before the LORD on all kinds of instruments of fir wood, on harps, on stringed instruments, on tambourines, on sistrums, and on cymbals. (2 Sam 6:5)

John Rutter - The Lord Bless You and Keep You

Many of us have heard it several times, but it's worth hearing again. And no offense ladies, but there's something about the purity of the boys' voices that works best with Rutter.

Thanks for posting that. I love much of Rutter's work, even though some of it has a slightly Anglican leaning. When he sets Scripture to music, he has the ability to compose so that the words come alive.

By the way, I like the purity of the boy's voices. It works well for Rutter's music because he writes for the male voice.

Sublime. Thank you.

And, the acoustics! I love the homogenisation.
