| | | iPod Roulette
Don't know if this has been done in this forum before, but I always enjoy seeing what other folks are listening to.
So, here's how it works...
Set your iPod and/or MP3 player to shuffle and then list the first ten songs that play. Here's my list...
1. Man Up, by Shabach
2. Santa Monica, by Everclear
3. Fame, by David Bowie
4. Savin' Me, by Nickelback
5. Monkeys at the Zoo, by Charlie Peacock
6. Father Help Us, by Thi'sl
7. The Genuine, by The 77s
8. Satisfied, by Ian Moore
9. Don't Burn Down the Bridge, by Kingdom Brothers
10. Midnight Train, by Buddy Guy (feat. Johnny Lang)
What's in YOUR iPod?

Except for under-representing classical, this is actually a good summary of my music collection. Mostly jazz and classical, with soundtracks and outlying music (such as Ska) making up the remainder.
1. Piano Concerto #1 - Tchaikovsky
2. Danse of the Floreadores (Waltz of the Flowers) - Duke Ellington's Jazz Nutcracker (Three Suites)
3. Harvey Two-Face - Dark Knight Soundtrack (I'm a sucker for good movie soundtracks and both recent Batmans had good ones)
4. SKYLINE - KOMPRESSOR - German Industrial Techno Joke Children's Music
5. Canon in D - Pachabel
6. West Indian Dance (Brown) - Louie Bellson and His All-Star Orchestra
7. Hunting Wabbits - Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band
8. Psalm 138b - Charles McBurney & Choir
9. Entr'acte - Duke Ellington (also from the jazz Nutcracker)
10. Below Deck - Call of Duty Soundtrack
Next 10
1. Beethoven 3rd: Scherzo: Allegro Vivace - Beethoven
2. Final - Claude Bolling Big Band - Black Brown and Beige (Duke Ellington)
3. Psalm 118C stanzas 10 & 14 to end - RPCNA International Conference 2004
4. A Storm Is Coming - Return of the King Soundtrack
5. Jam With Sam - Duke Ellington
6. Main Stem - Duke Ellington
7. Sugar Hill Penthouse - Duke Ellington Private Collection #10 (one of the only recordings of the Black, Brown and Beige symphony length suite)
8. On the Waterfront Allegro - Leonard Bernstein
9. 's Wonderful From Funny Face - George Gershwin
10. Hope Fails - Return of the King Soundtrack

To be honest, this is the second time I tried doing the shuffle because the first time, it played something that probably no one hear would know at all. Actually, to be even more honest, the song that I was talking about was by someone that most of you would think is pretty strange. His name is Joshua Mills and he is part of the prophetic movement. I just listened to a talk by Francis Chan about honesty, and I didn't want to be deceptive at all. So, that's the truth. Anyway, here is my second attempt:
1. The Altar - Raven (a friend of mine who is an underground Christian rapper that lives in my town)
2. Angels We Have Heard On High - Chris Tomlin
3. Healing - Richard Smallwood
4. The Call - Alberto & Kimberly Rivera
5. Joy - Mary Mary
6. Walk Your Road - Watermark
7. Only Hope - Caedmon's Call
8. Open Me Up - Watermark
9. Freedom Reigns - Rita Springer
10. He'll Do It! - Fred Hammond
